Dining at Castel Hortenberg was a gastronomic delight, with Mediterranean cuisine that made us feel like we were on a culinary tour of Italy. The heated pool and wellness center were perfect for unwinding after exploring Bolzano, and our room with a stunning view made every moment feel special.

While we loved the vibe, the shower's open concept meant it felt less private than expected. Also, we were caught off guard by extra charges for hot breakfast items—more heads up would have been nice!

The outdoor pool was wicked nice, especially under the stars with a glass of local wine. Our room was huge, immaculate, and had this open shower thing that was a game changer. Staff was super friendly, especially Thomasso who made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go back!

my stay was quite disappointing, the elevator was way too slow and I shouldn’t have to deal with that. also, I expected at least a comfy chair in my junior suite, but no luck. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't after such treatment as if I was a regular guest, ugh!

The TV channels malfunctioned frequently!!! The elevator service was annoyingly slow!!! Bathroom privacy was practically non-existent!!! The lobby area felt cramped and uninviting!!! Getting to the hotel was a maze of narrow streets!!!

Once you pass the gate, the feeling of stepping into a castle is enchanting! ! The room service was impeccable, making our stay feel luxurious. The backyard offered an incredible pool view and a nice cafe-like area, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the mountain view from our Junior Suite was breathtaking, adding charm to our stay.

However, the application for the TV was somewhat limited.

the elevator was a bit slow (not ideal for carrying luggage). the outdoor pool was maintained perfectly,, offering a calming spot to relax. breakfast featured an excellent selection of fresh pastries. room service was prompt and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was just outside the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. The luxurious spa facilities were a highlight, and the views from our deluxe room facing the mountains were breathtaking.

Access through narrow streets to the hotel was sometimes challenging.

Clean room, pleasant amenities, including a delicious breakfast spread that featured fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets, made our honeymoon experience feel special, and the poolside snack bar provided a lovely spot to unwind after our explorations, all conveniently located just outside the city center for easy access to local attractions.
